Company
Make room for
clinical progress.
We build agent systems for the operational work behind clinical development. Shared data, connected workflows, and evidence your team can work with.
What we’re building
A shared foundation.
A broader possibility.
Clinical development depends on work that happens between systems and teams: reconciling a data delivery, following up on a monitoring finding, or establishing the evidence behind a quality decision.
Panoptive connects study data, documents, and operational history so agents can help carry out that work. We’re building the foundation for connected systems across clinical data management, clinical operations, and quality assurance—with checks and human review built in.
External data operations
Connect vendor deliveries to the study, from mapping and quality checks to reconciliation and review.
02Trial monitoring oversight
Bring monitoring evidence, sponsor decisions, and the work that follows into one connected case history.
03QA automation
Assess study records against protocols and SOPs, with evidence and gaps ready for quality teams to review.
How we build
Useful AI starts
with the work.
The standard is practical: help teams move work forward, understand the evidence, and stay in control of consequential decisions.
Our approach to trustStart with the real workflow.
Build around the data, handoffs, exceptions, and decisions clinical teams handle every day.
Make the evidence inspectable.
Keep source context, quality checks, and human review connected to the work agents perform.
Build beyond a single use case.
Invest in shared clinical context and versioned workflows that can support more of a team’s operational work.
Stay close to the people doing the work.
Learn directly from pharma, biotech, and CRO teams. Let their experience shape the product and how we deliver it.
